Meet Our Pastor

Rev. Christo F. Heiberg

Our Pastor is originally from the Limpopo Province of South Africa. He has a  Danish, German and Dutch-Afrikaner background from Christian parents. He completed two years of National Service and worked for the South African Reserve Bank.

The beginning of Rev. Heiberg’s  journey of faith began in 1982 when he was saved by God’s grace.  This started his education at the University of Pretoria where he received a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Divinity. He also received a Masters of Theology (Homiletics) from the Theological University of the GKN (Vrijemaakt) in 2000.

Our pastor is married to Margherita Raimondi . God has blessed them with four children.

Churches that Rev. Heiberg has served:

Dutch Reformed Church of Rant-en-Dal from 1989-1994.
Free Reformed Church of Johannesburg from 1995-2000.
Zion URC from March 2001 till the present.
